Our flex facility uses the shadow plating process to copper plate all plated through holes. In the picture above, the panels are prepared prior to placing into the copper plating tanks.
After preparation, the panels are automatically placed into the copper plating tank baths. We are capable of providing the two most common types of copper plating - panel plating and selective (pattern) plating.
