In this Class 10000 lamination clean room, the sheets of material are stacked before they are placed into the lamination presses. This conveyorized system allows the lamination room operators to easily transport material from the lay-up room to the lamination press loading room.

Using a combination of high temperature and pressure over time, these hydraulic lamination presses are capable of laminating several hundred sheets of materials at a given time. The operating parameters can be adjusted to laminate different materials such as cover layers, stiffeners, adhesives, etc.
