Located in a Class 10000 photo clean room, the operators laminate photoresist to each side of the flex panels prior to artwork photo exposure.
Using UV light, the circuit image on the artwork film is exposed to the photoresist on the panel. Further, we have the capability of plotting our own circuit artwork film with our two Barco photoplotters.
