Our China factory's Flex Facility is comprised of four main departments - Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. The Flex Facility is entirely independent from the PCB Facility meaning that this department has its own separate processes and machinery to make flexible printed circuits. |

The Manufacturing Department, by far, is the largest department in the Flex Facility. It is here that parts go from sheets of raw material to finished products ready for shipping to our customers.
Our Manufacturing Department processes parts in panel form. This means that raw materials are cut into sheets before they are released to the manufacturing floor. The standard panel sizes are 12" x 18" [305 mm x 457 mm] and 18" x 24" [457 mm x 610 mm] for U.S.-based material suppliers or 9.8" x 14" [250 mm x 356 mm] and 19.7" x 24" [500 mm x 610 mm] for Asia-based material suppliers.
At each manufacturing process, we continually monitor process control charts to ensure that the parts are processed at the optimum parameters.
